At Roundabouts Day Nurseries we are passionate about providing a safe and secure environment where all children can learn and develop at their own rate and stage. 

All children are celebrated for the individuals that they are and we understand that each child has their own individual needs. 

We work hard to ensure our practices and environments are inclusive and that children within our care receive equal opportunities. 

We ensure all children have access to our robust curriculum and staff have high aspirations for all children. 

We invest in each of our settings, ensuring we are best supporting the children in our care. 

We understand the importance of early intervention and our skilled team of practitioners are trained in identifying when a child may require additional support. 

We pride ourselves on our partnership working with parents and this is why we always ensure they are kept up to date and ensure they are fully involved in decisions about their child. 

Each setting has a nursery Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Co-Ordinator, who has received role specific training to enhance their skill set and ability to best support children with special educational needs, their families and the staff team caring for them. 

Working closely with staff members, the SENDCO is always on hand and will ensure any child requiring additional support, receives such in a timely manner.
