Lisa joined Roundabouts in May 2024. She has a BA in Early Years Education as well as Early Years Teacher Status and has 30 years experience in childcare in various settings across the world.

Faith joined Roundabouts in January 2024 as our Assistant Deputy Manager, she was quickly promoted to SENDCO and more recently temporary Deputy Manager covering maternity leave. Faith has a Level 3 diploma in Children and Young People’s workforce and a Level 5 Diploma in Early Years Management and Leadership. Faith has worked in the childcare industry since she left school.
