Gemma joined Roundabouts in 2012 and has led our baby and Toddler rooms previously before being promoted to Deputy Manager in October 2023. Gemma has a Level 3 diploma in Childcare and Education and supports the senior practitioners across all rooms in the setting as well as being on hand to support the staff team.

Faith joined Roundabouts in January 2024 as our Assistant Deputy Manager, she was quickly promoted to SENDCO. Faith has a Level 3 diploma in Children and Young People’s workforce and a Level 5 Diploma in Early Years Management and Leadership. Faith has worked in the childcare industry since she left school.

Claire joined Roundabouts in April 2023 as a Nursery Practitioner and has since been promoted to Senior and now interim Assistant Deputy manager. Claire has a NNEB Diploma in Nursery Nursing which she has held for over 23 years.
